This is Efrain Monkulus. He is a rail grinder/runner during his lifetime.

He suffers from a mental illness called Techno Disease. This is an addiction to techno music, causing a never-ending rush of adrenaline, or ADHD. When lacking techno music, he gets extremely furious and destructive.
